Chad Kauffman D.O.
Dr. Kauffman received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Goshen College in 1998. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and then completed his Internship and Ophthalmology residency at Grandview Hospital and Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Kauffman joined Community Eye Care of Indiana in 2012 after working in private practice in Ohio for five years.
Dr. Kauffman is a Board Certified Ophthalmic Surgeon. He specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology including cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment, diabetic eye care and dry eye. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the American Osteopathic Association and the Indiana Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Kauffman lives in Indianapolis with his wife and three young boys.
Dr. Kauffman sees patients at both our North and East offices and is accepting new patients at both locations.
